R Fasting Need Momtivation to Start Again

Day two of My three Day Water Fast
I woke upwards and weighed myself. I was down 2.iv pounds and felt pretty adept on the 2nd day. Overall, mean solar day ii was fairly elementary. I didn't take any negative symptoms, other than simply feeling very tired. I also don't similar fruit that much, to exist honest.

Overall, I felt so much better on the fourth twenty-four hours. I was very happy I chose to end the fast later on iii days instead of 5 or 7, which I had originally planned.
Mean solar day v of My 3 Day Water Fast
On the fifth morn, I definitely felt more than like myself. I was down another 3.2 pounds, for a full loss of nearly 12 pounds in 5 days. Honestly, I felt quite hungry on the fifth solar day, and so I paid a lot of attention to watching my calorie intake. I didn't desire to encounter a big jump in my weight and I as well know my trunk is still adjusting to eating again. For breakfast, I had a iii-egg omelet with a fiddling cheese and a heaping serving of steamed broccoli. For lunch I had grilled tilapia and broccoli, and for dinner, I had 1/2 oz of almonds and some peanut butter. I honestly wasn't very hungry, which is why the odd dinner. I've too read nuts aid in digestion.
Day 6 of My 3 Day Water Fast
On the sixth morning, I was downward another .2 pounds, for a total loss of 12 pounds. I'm encouraged to see my weight has stayed steady and I'm incorporating whole foods without a rebound gain. My food tastes have definitely shifted and the idea of eating anything heavy, sugary, and fat just doesn't appeal to me right now. That's definitely a major benefit.
